Jabber can`t recording by mediasense

Jabber can recording in intranet by mediasense server.

But it can`t recording in the external network.

Call meanger will callback a call...but i can`t pickup.

The expressway search history had shown. 

How can I do?

Does it work internally from Jabber client when you call SampleVideo@<mediasense-hostname> ?

I am not sure if Mediasense can handle the TLS session. SRTP is for example not supported.

Did you also verify configured codecs?
