Are you logging into Jabber via Expressway or internally?

The Cert warning is because your Client does not Trust the certificate being presented.

If you want to get this issue sorted, you can either download the Cert from the CUCM/CUPS servers and install onto the Clients or you can get a Publicly signed Cert and upload this to your servers.

If that's the CUCM/IM&P certificate that is not trusted, the Jabber documentation has a whole chapter dedicated to the certificates, and how to avoid that. If you haven't, I suggest you review it.

If it's MRA, it going to be basically the same thing, plus EXP-E cert
