Jabber chat history in windows & iPhone

HI ,

I use jabber windows & iPhone , but when i chat by using iPhone (or Android) , that chat doesn't sync with windows jabber client (Vise versa). Some times i can see chat history in both clients. How can i have same chat history in all clients?

Mobile client has 'chat" & 'Favourites' buttons, can i enable those on windows client as well?

Hi Suchira,

Jabber chat history is not saved on the IM & Presence server. It is cached on local workstation or mobile device. So the history will not sync between clients. It appears to be working as designed.
