Jabber client 11.1 cannot connect to voicemail server

we have Cisco CUCM 11.0 IM&P 11 and Unity Connection 11.0

Jabber for windows, iphone, android implemented.

We are facing issue with accessing voicemail in Jabber.

When I enter value in "Account Setting" I am getting error message after long time as attached.

If I enter wrong password, quickly, I get error, saying wring password.

There is no firewall between Jabber client and other UC device (CUCM,VM,IMP)

Connection status

Pls. suggest

Also attached problem description from one of the user.

Can you log into the user's PCA with the same credentials???

Have you properly configured the COS on CUC to allow the integration from Jabber??

Yes, I am able to login via PCA with the same credential.

Checked - Allow Users to Use the Web Inbox and RSS Feeds

Checked - Allow Users to Use Unified Client to Access Voice Mail.

System Settings > Advanced > API Settings - all 3 options checked

Checked,

Allow Users to Access Voice Mail Using an IMAP Client and/or Single Inbox.

Allow IMAP Users to Access Message Bodies.

Any other suggestion ?

!!! Solved !!!

Change password at next login was checked at WEB password setting.

Once we disabled it in unity configuration, then Jabber VM login was successful.

This is trouble with Jabber. User first needs to login to PCA to change password, then only user can login to jabber V, Otherwise cant, Jabber VM login will thorough 'random error'. or Use common web password for all vm subscribers....!!! But Jabber VM login fails, if change password next login checked.....!!!! enjoy...!!!
