Hi Team,
I have an issue for jabber login.
when trying to login latest jabber software version 11.7x and 11.6.x unable to login error says certificate not valid.
But client working fine jabber software version 11.5x without any problem.
CUCM and CUPs version is 11.5X. same issue occur for windows and I phone clients.
Appreciate your responses.

And are the required certificates already in the machine's trust store?

Open the certificate manager and look under enterprise certificates

yes, required certificates already there in the machine's trust store.
please note jabber 11.5x client is working fine with full features. Please advise.

I have J4W 11.6 and 11.7 working in my lab and don't face that problem (upgraded from 11.1), have you reviewed a PRT?

I have reviewed the problem report logs during the login attempt. only error find ssl connection timeout. done the workaround as per the logs and still the same . and for the same users client will after reinstall the downgrade version.

Try going past 11.7.1 as I only experienced cert errors after this version

I'm having the same problem going from version 11.7.1 to 11.9.1
As work around I had to import the cert to Enterprise Trust (this is a purchased cert in Cert Authorities store),
is there any differance in the way certs work in later versions?
