Jabber client does not register with CUCM

Hi,

I have installed and integrated CUCM 9.1 and CUCM IM&P, i am able to login on Jabber with the user i have created but am unable to get the phone registered to CUCM, but when i switch the phone to Deskphone it works fine,

CUCM installed and integrated with IM&P, CUC, LDAP,

as I am trying this in my Lab, i will not be able to raise TAC case, kindly someone help.

Have you added a Cisco Unified Client Services Framework device to CUCM and associated to the user?

Hi Aaron,

Thanks for the responce,

I got the issue fixed by adding the user machine to the domain, I have worked on CUPS 8.4 and there its not mandatory to have user logged in to the domain, i belive from CUCM IM&P 9.x its mandatory to join the user machine to the domain,
