Jabber client dont working.

Hi everybody. 

I installed CUCM and CUPS . Everything correctly working. I use jabber client.

Jabber client working correctly local lan. 

But, I connect to local lan from internet throut VPN , I can call to another jabber client , which it residing local lan.

But I cannot recive any voice and video.  and alsoo local lan client cannot call to me, which i connect throuth VPN.

I use for VPN Kerio Control firewall.

Please help me.

I'd start by making sure there is direct IP connectivity between the two endpoints that you're using for the call, and that your VPN is not blocking anything, and knows how to route the packets.
