topology:
IT USER+domain - x4073550@mail.tel-aviv.gov.il
device on cucm manager- BOTSHOHAMS
servers:
5 cucm managers (ver 11.0.1-22900)-14 128.193.70.1 / 128.193.70.2 / 128.193.70.3 / 128.193.70.4 / 128.193.70.5
3 tftp servers - 128.193.70.1 / 128.193.70.2 / 128.193.70.4
2 cups (ver 11.0.1-11900) 128.193.70.8 / 128.193.70.9
expressway c- (ver x 8.7.3) 128.193.70.12
expressway e- (ver x 8.7.3) 172.17.7.4 / 172.17.7.20
exp e have 2 legs (Internal/ external) on dmz environment.
sip connection between servers (exp c e ) is active both side.
all cert install..
all dns resolve is fine.
i attach log file from my android cell phone to rewiew...the error massege is "cannot locate server.check your server address.if the problem persist contact your system administrator.

I'll assume this is over MRA, if so, you need to review not only the PRT, you need to review logs from EXP-E and EXP-C to find the root cause.
If you need immediate assistance to solve this, you probably want to open a TAC.

the issue was fix....security team issues on the dmz vlan configuration...
all good now!
