Jabber's been working great for more than 6 years. Now Clients are starting to get the error message "Failed to start a new session. Try again".
Client reset jabber multiple times and continues to error the same error.
Jabber version 11.9.3 build 60004
Started happening last week. Since then there been 2 -3 clients a day getting same error.
I appreciate any suggestions!
And what do you use? IM&P or webex?
Getting same issue for all users, all at similar time.
First prompt was the usual "Your session has expired" then click "Renew session" (Error code: CJ:1000:606)
After attempting to renew session get new error: "Failed to start new session. Try again" (Error code: CJ:1000:605)
Anyone have any information on these error codes?

CUCM/IMP version: 11.5.1(SU6)
CUC version: 11.5.1(SU6)
Edit: Jabber was unable to refresh session with Unity Connection.
