i am wondering how long chats are kept by default when you turn on compliance with a postgre external db. i can't seem to find the configuration for it anywhere. maybe i missed it?
ok, well i am not sure what the default is when you create a postgre database but.. i assume it just keeps growing which means the retention is infinite on chats. unless you run out of disk space.
Pretty much, in that regards is like the CDR billing server, we'll keep sending flat files as long as you have space, and it's up to you how long you want to keep them.
