Hello guys,
after installing and updating Jabber Video (v. 4.8.8 on Win7 x64) I got the following message: “login failed due to registration failure. If the problem persists contact IT support”. The login path is correctly set to “https://boot.ciscojabbervideo.com/endpoint/configuration”. I found a thread in this forum how to create a log file and did it. This is the error line from sip.log:

Can you find out, what prevents my jabber program from registering?
