Jabber Contact issues

We have deployed Cisco Jabber with MRA. Everything looks good except that the directory contacts does not show telephone number, mobile number, home number, etc. It shows only "Name" when you tap a contact. The same is true with Local Users as well as AD synchronized users.

Any ideas????

Do you use UDS or LDAP?

What troubleshooting have you done so far?

Hi

CUCM is integrated with LDAP for user authentication.

 

Troubleshooting

1. LDAP settings for UCM Sync verified

2. Service profile/UC profile for Directory has been checked

3. Users are properly synced to IM & Presence

Im clueless where to look further.

Please have a look at the attached picture. Under the "Information" it should show the phone numbers but it does not.

You said it's over MRA, so, are you using LDAP or UDS?

Does Jabber work properly on-prem? and on-prem do you use UDS or LDAP?
