Jabber crashes with Cisco AnyConnect Telemetry module

Hi 

I just thought of sharing our findings with the community just in case someone come across with the same Jabber crash issue. 

We have Cisco AnyConnect version 3.x (inc. AnyConnect Telemetry module) within our environment and recently introduced latest Jabber 11.x as a softphone client. We had our pilot group to try out the client and we noticed Jabber is very much unstable. It crashed every now and then even if you just leave jabber on idle state. It crashed literally for anything and everything.

After doing a mass test and trial for months with every application within our environment we found that Cisco AnyConnect Telemetry module was causing the crash. Once we removed it from our PC Jabber became stable.

We are still waiting for an official answer from Cisco as to why there is a conflict between their own applications. Here to mention, AnyConnect version 4.x (telemetry functionality is included with in web-security module) is pretty stable and has not conflict with Jabber so far. 

I hope Cisco would come up with their findings and Bug ID for it soon.
