Jabber display Incorrect name

Hello ,

I have issue with Jabber, when 2 users share the same home phone number and different work number.

the problem occurs that user  calling to another user ,

the Jabber display incorrect user(the user with same home phone number).

for example: user A  calling to  user B.

the Jabber display user C (with same home phone number and different work number).

any idea?
