Jabber Displaying Incorrect Photos in GUI Version 11.7.1 Build 46916

I opened a discussion for a previous version but am now seeing it again after upgrading to 11.7.1.  Cisco really needs to fix this even if by deleting the photo cache as part of the upgrade procedure.  

Photo for Lorena incorrect.

Photo for John incorrect.  

Deleting photo cache on the user desktop under appdata then restarting jabber temporarily resolves the issue but it seems to come back periodically.

I'd suggest you open a TAC for this to be investigated, I have not seen this problem in other CSC threads and most TAC cases I've seen, they have been configuration problems.

I was only able to find one bug that might fit

J4W 11.7, 11.7.1 contact and there photo don't match after upgrade

Most of the issues with contact photos/info are usually solved by deleting the cache.

Thanks.  Will continue with the work around.  As long as a bug report exists and Cisco has acknowledge it.  This has been going on for about a year now through many upgrades.
