Jabber for android phone can not phone serivce

Hello:

i installed for cucm and IM&Presence with 10.5

my jabber desktop wordk fine.but the android can not connect the phone service.

so the android only can  send and received the jabber messages.

i hope the anyone can help me !

How are the servers configured under system -- server? Ip address / Hostname / FQDN ? Can you upload jabber android problem report?

i configured the system-server is ip address.

 I need to modify the ip address to Hostname ？FQDN？
