Jabber for Android Video Calls Not Working

Hi

I have been testing the various flavours of Jabber Client, Mac, Windows, Android, iPhone, iPads. All clients are able to make video calls with the exception of Android Clients. There are no Enable Video Flag in CUCM and the app I have enabled video but android clients to any video capable endpoints are not showing video. Any ideas?
