Hi Community,
Can any of you clarify my doubt
Attach you can see the current licensing of our applications.
This means that i can use Jabber for everyone only for licensed users ?
Enhanced + Basic + Essential = 171 ?
Or i can deploy Jabber for everyone for 171+ users without more licenses?
Thanks

The Instant Messaging & Presence (IM&P) functionality of Jabber is not tracked by ELM at all. What you see there is purely voice/video license enforcement. Every user synced in from LDAP can inherit the default Service Profile (if configured) and login to Jabber without a license being consumed.
If you want it to control a deskphone or act as a softphone the user must have a license sufficient to cover that physical phone and/or softphone. In most cases the bare minimum is UCL Enhanced.

Hi Jonathan thanks for your response.
I have about 500 users with the profile for only IM and Presence (Not desk phone control, Not visual voice mail...) Only IM. However i see only 198 users in presence server.
I need to install something special for this to work with 500 users (Cop file or similar) ?
Can any help me.
Thanks Community.
