Good day!!

One question, I have one cluster CUCM version 11 and IM & Present Server integrated, I configured Cisco Jabber and work for the LAN endpoints, what it´s necesary for connect Jabber and extension from internet ?? for movil apps android and IOS.

Your options are either a VPN, or MRA.
