Hi
I am trying to install Cisco Jabber on IPAD integrated with CUCM 8.6 and I am receiving wrong credentials error when I try to connect to CUCM, can anyone assist?

Hello,
Can you confirm whether or not you are using the correct credentials, to verify that, please try logging in to the Call Manager User Options page
http://cucm_ip_address/ccmuser/
If you are not able to log in here, you may engage an AD Admin to verify your credentials.

I seen the same issue before I properly installed the COP file, and configured a device in CUCM. Hopefully, this information will help you.
