Jabber for Mac Connection Problems

CUCM 11.5 SU4 w/ Jabber for Windows deployed in testing.  I have a couple of users who are using Jabber for Mac.  They're connecting ok for the most part, but at least 1 user is having issues connecting to VM.  The user either can't connect at all, or can connect, but can't play messages.  Both CUCM and CUC are LDAP integrated and the service profile has the UC servers defined.  The client device is configured as a CSFUsername.  Are extras settings required for Macs?  I've tested a test user profile on both Windows and Mac without issues, but not sure if something else might be required.  The jabber-config.xml file is as follows:

<config version="1.0">
<Phone>
<CcmcipServer1>domain-cucmsub.domain.org</CcmcipServer1>
<CtiServer1>domain-cucmsub.domain.org</CtiServer1>
<TftpServer1>domain-cucmsub.domain.org</TftpServer1>
</Phone>
