Jabber for Mac Green Shared Content Window

I've got a Mac with MacOS 10.13. When I'm in a video call with shared content (e.g. desktop or presentation) I get the second window open up, but there's nothing in there other than a green background. Looking at the call stats, I can see my Jabber client receiving the second stream.

I've tried 11.9 & 12.0 Jabber client with the same result.

If I use a Windows computer (with the same Jabber account) then the shared content displays fine. If I use another Mac, that's fine too.

Any suggestions on what's wrong or how I can fix it?

Hi there

J4M uses BFCP for sharing unlike J4W. As you say the J4M works on a different MAC, just curious is that a total different user or a total different OS version
