Jabber for Windows 10.6.3 - Keypad - Ability to paste a number (copy/paste) - rather than manually type / click buttons

Our company (Oraxxx) has moved from IP Communicator to Cisco Jabber.
The main usability issue with this migration is that the Keypad in Jabber after call connection does not support the ability to "paste" a number combination.
The conference system we dial in to requires the user to input a 7 digit number and 4+ digit passcode after the call connects. Such code combinations are provided in emails prior to the conference starting and differ depending on whom owns the conference. Having to manually input via mouse / keyboard these combinations is a real inconvenience, rather than the simple copy/paste mechanism that one could do with IP communicator.
Is there a way to paste in the keypad for Jabber. If not, can an enhancement be made to support this (if one does not already exist)?
