Jabber for Windows copy issues

Wondering if anyone able to assist, we are currently running Jabber for Windows 11.8.4 which appears to have a issue with right click, copy for chat text. Using a work around we can use Ctrl + C.

Now looking at 11.9 we are finding that right click, copy is periodicly is greyed out so can't use and Ctrl + C also does not always work.

I have noticed that this is caused by a group policy setting. If I put my PC in a no policies applied OU the problem goes away. I have not yet identified the policy that controls this though.
