Hi,
I have cisco express way c and e and sx device .
If I dial 5000@test.com (sip) , I can reach the number if I use jabber . But If i use any other sip softwares I cannot reach .
If I dial 5000@test.com how does the call routing works .
I mean how the source know about the destination

so the 5000@test.com is an external SIP client, that you route to using the DNS zone on your VCSe?
if so, turn on informtional debugging on your VCSe and get the info and post it. so we can have a look at whats going on.
