Hi all
Several users contacted IT because thier J4W client was set to "Softphone" mode, and not in "Deskphone" mode. They have been connected externally over MRA, and therefore the clients was set to "Softphone" mode. But when they return to the office, J4W will not reconnect in "deskphone" mode :( can we mange this somehow? Or must the users chose "deskphone" mode manually, when returning from external network?
I'll hope we can automate this.
