Jabber for Windows - Ringer does not work

For about 3 weeks now, my jabber client will not ring when a call comes in, through my headset or speakers.

I thought it was the computer, but I just re-imaged my laptop and still have the same problem, even if I sign into jabber on another computer.

I am not sure where the problem lies or where to look.  Nothing has changed on my account.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Cisco Jabber Client 9.2.0 Build 496

Cisco Personal Communicator 8.6.2.20563-1.1.140

Hi Stephen,

Today same problem with a client in our organization.

Check in the call manager if the CSF device is put on "Do Not Disturb". In the DND option you find the action taken.

thanks, this worked for me as well.  The user would only get beeps through the headset or on the laptop speakers.  DND was checked under the device in CM although the client was not set for DND, it had a green available presence icon showing.
