I installed all necessary tools for a video conference with Jabber Guest - Chrome plug-in and Jabber Guest add-on. When trying to connect I get an error message:
"TURN Error: Your call attempt has failed due to incompatibility with your home or company security infrastructure. Please contact your network administrator or check your home network security settings."
I found an article with solutions and opened the UDP port 3478 but to no avail. All the other infos didn't help me at all. What else can I do. The error message couldn't be less informative.
