Any help please,
After configuring Jabber v 9.1.1 for windows on cucm v9.0.1 and cups v9.0.1---------> it give me the option to make a chat session only, no calls, video, share your desktop.
what i have to do to make jabber has the ability to make a voice or video calls, and please note that the same issue happen to me in the same version of jabber but with cucm v8.6 and cups v8.6

With CUPS 8.6.4 and CUCM 8.6.2, you have to configure a CSF device on CUCM
On CUPS, the jabber user settings should have a CTI profile Gateway as file attached

It does sound like either you have not configured nothing on CUCM/CUPS IM&P of what's required to enable softphone capabilities, or that your configuration is wrong.
Start by looking at the server status in Jabber, ALL the steps to enable that, are in the Jabber admin guide.
Just make sure to follow them step by step
