Hi there,
i have a strange problem with jabber, a costumor is running a citrix invirement with Cisco cisco vxc 6215 thin klient's, when the get at hunt gorup call the japper does not pop up, and you are not able to pickup the call in any way, but when it stops ringing, you will have a missed call.
it's only with hunt group call's not with ordinary call's to the user.
Right now they are running Jabber 9.2.6 and CUCM System version: 9.1.1.20000-5
Have anyone else seen this issue?

Hun Groups are not supported with that version of Jabber.
They should be supported with Jabber 9.7 which will be next release of Jabber.

Hi again,
actually, we had this confirmed from Cisco, that it was supposed to be working, but today i acually had a breaktrough after upgrading jabber to version 9.6 it works!
We also did a upgrade of thin client's "VXC 6215" to version 9.3 and added a patch, but it also works on the client's that are not yet upgraded.
