Jabber Im Group Chat feature Issue

I am having issue starting a Group chat to work. If I select two users and tell it Group chat it will sometimes take up to 5 min to pop up and most of the time not work at all.

I am running on the latest revision of Jabber IM

any thoughts?

Make sure that persistant chat is disable\

Restart "XCP Text Conferencing Manager" on all CUPS servers
