Good Day. We are using a jabber in our CUCM 8.6 and we already upgraded our CUCM to version 11.5. With this, I can still use our existing Jabber configured on it, right? Is there other task or configuration that we need to apply after upgrading our CUCM 8.6 to 11.5 so that we can use the Jabber? Appreciate your inputs on this matter. Thank you so much.
Yes, all the configuration from 8.6 will be migrated to service profiles during the upgrade, you still should go in and review that the configuration is all correct and no details need to be added/modified
