Jabber Install Mobile Popup on Windows

How do I get this annoying pop-up message to stop showing on my Windows 10 computer?  I am not going to be putting a mobile jabber app on my phone ever.  This my work computer and I do not have a work provided cell phone and I do not use my personal cell phone for work.  It is getting incredibly annoying and I can't find any way to prevent it from popping up.

In Cisco Jabber release 12.1 there is a new Jabber XML key to remove/disable this message.

Make sure you have the following jabber-config.xml key set to false:

<EnablePromoteMobile>false</EnablePromoteMobile>

Unfortunately, Cisco decided to have its default value to true ☹ … and I think many customer are going to complain. So to fix this, you have to re-edit your XML files and add it ...
