Jabber IOS 12.8 Call pickup feature not working.

Hi

I have CUCM version 12.0  and my phone have jabber for ios version 12.8

when i try to push the button "PICKUP" ,it calling to another show "Unknown number "

please see in Video  below

 

anyone help please.

Hi,

 

Did you find any solution for this one? We are also experiencing the same issue when trying to pickup calls on Jabber Android/iOS client. Works fine on CSF devices though.

Check whether the call pickup group configured in the CUCM and directory number added to pickup group

 

Configure Call Pickup Group
Call pickup groups allow users to pick up incoming calls in their own group.

Procedure
Step 1
Open the Cisco Unified Communication Manager interface.

Step 2
Select Call Routing > Call Pickup Group

The Find and List Call Pickup Groups window opens.

Step 3
Select Add New

The Call Pickup Group Configuration window opens.

Step 4
Enter call pickup group information:

Specify a unique name for the call pickup group.

Specify a unique directory number for the call pickup group number.

Enter a description.

Select a partition.

Step 5
(Optional) Configure the audio or visual notification in the Call Pickup Group Notification Settings section.

Select the notification policy.

Specify the notification timer.

Step 6
Select Save.

As I mentioned, it works fine on CSF devices, so it is all already setup.
