Hi
We setup Jabber for iPhone 10.5 (Phone-only Mode) it able to make/answer call, but the visual voicemail it didn't work (inside the App). Since we cannot input the server address on iPhone App side. (Visual Voicemail is working on Jabber Voice App)
Can anyone advise how to make it work? or it really just an "Phone-ONLY" without visial voicemail?

Are you using WebEx Messenger or on-premise IM&P? If the former, you need to define this within site admin. If the later, have you configured VVM within the jabber-config.xml file?

Hi Jonathan,
We using CUCM 10.5 with IM&P (On-premise). In Jabber for iPhone 10.5 FULL UC mode Visual Voice-mail is working fine.
But when we shift the Jabber for iPhone 10.5 to Phone-only mode. the Visual Voicemail didn't work as excepted.
We also enable voicemail config at jabber-config.xml as below, but seem not help

<VVM_Mailstore_Server_0>X.X.X.X</VVM_Mailstore_Server_0>
</Voicemail>
<Policies>
<Customize_Voicemail_Server>true</Customize_Voicemail_Server>
</Policies>
