Hi there,
I just wanted to ask the community the following:
I have a Jabber for IPAD setup but for some reason every time I/we call a user that recently got his iPAD air, all we see is stripes in the video, and we don't hear anything.
Please let me know if you have seen this behaviour anywhere.

I don't think the ipad air has been officially tested with jabber for ipad
The device requirements are:
Right now there's no support for that, you'll need to wait until the BU tests the new ipad air and validates it can work.
