Hello Community,
Currently, I'm dealing with an issue in which my JVDI client application is experiencing high CPU utilization, leading ThinPro's utilization to rise to 100%. I have an open Cisco TAC case, but I was wondering if anyone in the community has had this problem. Please see active versions of Jabber for Windows / JVDI below.
Jabber for Windows 12.9.5
JVDI agent 12.9.3
Citrix Virtual Agent Desktop 1912.1000
