Jabber keeps history of an users partial chats. They can see the other persons full chat history.
"My Cisco Jabber is not keeping my conversation history accurately. When I close the program (the 'chat' box), and reopen, I can see everything the person that I had been 'chatting' with said, but only some of what I had said in the conversation. It seems to be related to if I close the conversation box out during the conversation or if I keep the text box open."

Which version of Jabber are you referring to in your question? I noticed that you are participating in the Jabber for Windows Early Adopter Trial in the Customer Connections Program and wondered if perhaps you had posted to the wrong space.

yes, if would like to move it please do (anywhere to get attention). We are running 9.7.1 jabber, and Ive been reading problems with jabber through the forums. We have minor issues daily and the forums help sometimes.

We recommend that you update to 9.7(4) and see if that helps clear up this issue. If you are still having problems, then please open a ticket with TAC so we can determine if this is a bug you are experiencing or other known issue.
