Hi,

When using the keyboard shortcut CTRL<>SHIFT<>? to access the Jabber console, how do I then jump into the list of recent calls using the keyboard, so I can make a call without using the mouse ?

Thanks,

Nick.

Once you access the docked window using Ctrl + Shift + ? then you can use your keyboard to navigate through Cisco Jabber:

  • Use the Tab key to navigate to Recents option.

  • Use the Spacebar or Enter key to select Recents option. The Main Cisco Jabber window will open.
  • Use the Tab key to navigate to Recents contact list, use Shift + Tab to navigate back through items.
  • Use the Arrow keys to select particular contact.
  • Use the Spacebar or Enter key to place a call.

Many thanks, it is appreciated.  I did also receive the same answer from Cisco support.

It would be great if a true keyboard shortcut could be added at a future date.

Thanks for your reply and help !
