CUCM CUC IMP 11.5 - Good Day, Where would I find the retention setting for Jabber chats ? Thanks !

If you mean client side, there are no settings, it's hard-coded to 99 messages per contact and once you get to 99, they overwrite.

Server side with compliance, there is nothing that deletes them from the DB, unless you have configured something DB side.
