what are peoples experience of setting up J4W for manager/secreatry working : second line (not sure if possible with Jabber), shared line, IPMA ??
We have a customer that has issues with this.
Does anyone have a feature comparison list between J4W and an IP phone - what functions exist on one and not the other. Customer on border line whether to migrate from physical handsets to j4W (what will be lost, if anything ??). They basically want to know how mature the product is.
