Jabber mobile app has issues when EDR Crowdstrike in iphone

We have a Crowdstrike App just installed into my iphone and is causing some performance issues, Jabber begins to have connection issues and no longer functions correctly. Is this a known issue when running alone with an EDR?

I think that this is a question that you should address with the vendor of Crowdstrike.

Thanks for the reply, do you recall having any issues with another EDR vendor like sentinel one or Carbonblack for example?

Never used any such application on any mobile.
