Our network has several systems connected and working as intended with Jabber though recently 1 no longer has the button for chat rooms. The settings appear to be correct, I even went as far as to copy over the program files and app data from the working jabber system though saw no improvement.

Hi,
If you have already tried a reinstall of the client and compared the settings of the working and non working clients then you can collect the jabber problem report after launching the jabber client as described here

Or you may also try restarting the 'XCP Text Conference Manager' service as described in the following link for similar issue
