Jabber not sending user to personal voicemail

I am running Jabber for Windows 11.1 and UCM 10.5/Unity Connections 10.5. When I click on the 'Call Voicemail' button under the Messages tab, it takes the user to the base Unity Connections IVR and not the user's voicemail box. It works fine when in Deskphone Control but when Jabber is used as softphone it doesn't work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Does Jabber have the same VM profile applied??
