We configured CUCM and IM and Presence without LDAP integration. CUCM is configured with local user. When using jabber for windows users are not able to see any contact list but they can dial the extensions. we are using manual login by typing IM and Presence IP address on advance settings.
we required the end users to be able to search CUCM local user names from jabber client , but now this is not working. What needs to be configured to enable this option.
