Jabber not working on Guest Network (Meraki)

Hi All,

At current Jabber works from our internal network. IT should also work externally.

I am trying to get our guest network to work also. On Meraki the guest network that is on their private /8 NAT'd network, i have created static routes/allows in the ACL for traffic going to all of the ExpressE/C gateways as well as the CUCM etc. Now i am able to succesfully authenticate and sign in. I am able to make both internal and external calls..however the voice does not work on either end.

Is this an encapsaluation issue, does anyone have any ideas? Thanks!

Thanks

David

Here is the NAT mode on Meraki DHCP (Guest Network)

  • Clients receive IP addresses in an isolated 10.0.0.0/8 network. Clients cannot communicate with each other, but they may communicate with devices on the wired LAN if the SSID firewall settings permit.
