Jabber Offline/Reconnecting

Currently running into issues were users reporting going offline and reconnecting.

Not showing any connectivity issues within the LAN/WAN

Could this be DNS related or something on Webex I should open ticket to review?

Don't seems like a DNS issue. open ticket with Webex

ok I did they just wanted me to clear cache although seems like could be network issue. guess will see what becomes.
