Hi Guys,
I'm new for this forum.
I've install Anyconnect for ICS+ then setup Jabber on Xperia ZL.
Unfortunately Jabber didn't work, it pick up the call but no sound and the call on the desk phone still ring.
I've searched some document for supported model, but anyone has any solution to make Jabber work?
Any recommend will be appreciated.

If you try Jabber on the same network where IM&P/CUCM and the phones are, does it work??

Actually at first time, I do use Jabber with the same network with desk phone. It didn't work. Any idea?

That rules out VPN issues, so, most likely it's either a configuration issue, or if the device is not supported, that might be the issue.

I think it because of my phone. Xperia ZL is not in the list of supported device.
Just hope if someone can make it work by some "tricky" method.
