Hello,
Ok, scenario is that to roll out jabber 9.1.0 with chat and presence only (i.e. no phone control, voice or video etc…
Is there a way to remove the call logs icon from the left vertical menu and especially the icon on the bottom right which is the picture of the phone and in the instance, with a cross though it?

how are the users configured in Cup admin>Application>Cisco Jabber>user settings ?
on our site the configuration is as the picture attached.
In this case, we don't have the icon because no CTI gW is associated because no CSF created on CUCM.
could you try ?

Excellent!
Removed the CTI Gateway Profile & CCMCIP Profile and all is good!
