Jabber Outdated Information

Hi all,

I have a customer using Jabber (11.0) where one user has outdated information on one of his contacts.  This contact existed previously on the system, left for a couple of years, and then returned.  She has a new extension number, new cell phone number, and is in a new location, yet all of the old info is still held in the contact, along with the new information that was imported from Active Directory (the old information had been imported from AD as well). We use Enterprise Contacts to push all members of the group out to the Jabber users.   Most users do see the correct information.

 

I attempted to clear the old data out by deleting the Jabber folder under users\appdata\local\cisco\unified communications.  That had no effect though.

 

AD information is correct for the user, so no issues found there.

 

If anyone has advice on this, I'd appreciate your input.
